When we wanted to sell our cabin, our first thought was Eddie. We were not disappointed. He went over and beyond what we felt a realtor should do. We’ve had terrible outcomes with other realtors through the years. If we could go back in time, Eddie would’ve been our choice for each one. We will highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home. He’s raised the bar for realtors.

Eddie did an amazing job! He is very knowledgeable about the local real estate. He provided a comparative market analysis for the many homes I was interested in, aiding me to make a decision on what to offer on certain houses. He answered all questions very quickly and was very professional. Specifically, there was a time when we were scheduled to see a home. We didn't end up liking it and showed him a different home that we were interested in. He worked around his schedule that day and was able to show us the other home we wanted to look at almost immediately. Highly recommend.

Eddie is about the most knowable person I have ever met. He is honest, knows the reality business inside and out, and there is no BS. I have given his name to many people. Keep up the good work. There wasn't one question I ask him that he didn't have a ready answer for. Thanks again Mona
